yes there is, northen countries like, holland, belgium, denmark, england, sweden and norway, got larger breasts than most in the world, maybe it's because they drink a lot of milk? i don't know

Well, if a women has really small boobs and only "upgrades" them to normal-sized breasts, I find that "normal" xD. But if she "upgrades" them to an enormous size thn that's bad.

(I keep making typos like than and then or scarred and scared lol).

If she has a small rack she should be happy with it. Upgrading is just wrong... no need for fake boobies. Keep your real ones tbh.

Some dresses look better if you have bigger breasts. And I only know a few girls that are happy with the fact that their breasts are small.

I think I should just stay out of this....but

I believe the cup sizes may be the same, however; due to the cm vs inches the number (eg size) is different so if you are a 36B in the usa....ugh, never looked at them in europe and the japanese wellllllllllll----a 36B would be bigger than most of the japanese girls. and we leave it at that (we were told to bring our own 'clothing' with when I moved there---)

True... you have to ask what is a small breast size though? A, B, C? It's all in the eye of the beholder tbh.

I'll say it with simple words xD :
I may be a girl (Tosha was the first one to state that) or a guy (everybody thinks everyone is a guy until there's proofs).
